01

About These Terms

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Revecyber Inc ("Revecyber", "we", "us"), a company operating from Ontario, Canada. If you do not agree with them, please do not enrol or use our services.

02

Enrolment and Eligibility

  • You must provide accurate personal details when enrolling or requesting support.
  • Seats in each cohort are limited and confirmed on receipt of payment or an agreed payment plan.
  • Some services, including career support and community access, are limited to eligible learners or alumni.
03

Payments

Course fees and product prices are shown at the point of purchase. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Where a payment plan is agreed, instalments must be kept current to retain access.

04

Refund Policy

Revecyber offers pro-rated refunds. If you withdraw from a programme after it has started, we refund the portion of the fee corresponding to the sessions remaining at the date we receive your written withdrawal request.

  • Refund requests must be sent in writing to contactus@revecyber.com.
  • The pro-rated amount is calculated from the number of scheduled sessions not yet delivered at the date of the request.
  • Delivered sessions, issued materials and any third-party fees already incurred are non-refundable.
  • Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
05

No Guarantee of Employment or Certification

Our training, labs, simulations and career support are educational services. Revecyber does not guarantee employment, interviews, job offers, salary outcomes, visa or immigration results, or the award of any third-party certification. Outcomes depend on your own effort, readiness, market conditions and independent employer or certification body decisions.

Any figures, testimonials or past participant results shared on this site are illustrative and are not a promise of your results.

06

Code of Conduct

To protect learners and the integrity of our programmes, you agree not to:

  • Share, resell or transfer your account, login credentials or class links to any other person.
  • Record, copy, redistribute or publish class sessions, recordings, slides, templates or lab content.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, decompile or attempt to extract course materials, lab environments or platform code.
  • Interfere with, overload, probe or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our platform or any connected system.
  • Harass, discriminate against, spam or disrupt other learners, instructors or community members.
  • Use lab tools or techniques taught in a programme against any system you are not authorised to test.

We may suspend or terminate access, without refund, where these rules are seriously or repeatedly breached.

07

Intellectual Property

All course materials, curricula, slides, recordings, templates, assessments, lab environments, brand assets and platform software are the property of Revecyber Inc or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws.

  • You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use materials for your own learning only.
  • You may not reproduce, publish, sell, sublicense or use our materials for commercial training or delivery.
  • Work you personally create during a programme remains yours, but must not embed our proprietary materials.
08

Community Participation

Access to the RIBS community and similar spaces is a privilege granted after review. Members must keep discussions respectful and relevant, protect confidential information, and avoid spam or misleading job posts. Access may be withdrawn at our discretion.

09

Third-Party Services

We link to and rely on third-party services, including Supabase and Stripe. Their own terms and privacy practices apply to their services, and we are not responsible for content on external sites.

10

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revecyber's total liability arising out of or relating to these terms or our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost earnings or lost opportunities.

11

Changes and Scheduling

We may adjust cohort dates, session timing, instructors or curriculum content where reasonably necessary. Where a change is material, we will notify enrolled learners and, where appropriate, offer a transfer to a later cohort.

12

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in it. The courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
