Privacy Policy

Revecyber Inc ("Revecyber", "we", "us") is a professional training provider offering instructor-led programmes in cybersecurity, GRC and AI governance. We operate from Ontario, Canada.

We keep data collection deliberately minimal. Through our forms (advisory bookings, enrolment, resource downloads and RIBS community requests) we collect:

• Names — first and last name, so we can address you correctly.
• Email addresses — to respond to enquiries, deliver requested resources and send programme updates.
• Phone numbers — including WhatsApp numbers where you provide one, to arrange callbacks or community access.

We also collect the free-text details you choose to submit in a form, such as your programme of interest or a question you ask us. We do not collect payment card details ourselves — payments are handled by Stripe.

• To respond to enquiries and schedule advisory calls.
• To deliver the guides, resources and programme information you request.
• To administer enrolment, course access and career support services.
• To review and manage requests to join the RIBS community.
• To send marketing and educational emails where you have consented.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

Where a form includes a consent checkbox, ticking it means you agree to receive marketing and educational emails from Revecyber. You can withdraw consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by emailing contactus@revecyber.com.

We currently rely on two service providers who may process personal information on our behalf:

• Supabase — database, authentication and secure storage of form submissions and learner records.
• Stripe — payment processing for course fees and career support products. Stripe collects and processes payment details directly under its own privacy terms.

If we add further providers in future, we will update this page.

We do not use third-party analytics cookies. We only use essential session cookies required for authentication and platform functionality (e.g. keeping users logged in via Supabase).

• Learner records are retained indefinitely so we can verify enrolment, progress and support history — until you ask us to delete them.
• Marketing leads are retained until you unsubscribe or ask to be removed.

We will honour deletion requests except where we are required to retain limited records for legal, tax or accounting purposes.

Subject to applicable Canadian privacy law, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw marketing consent. Email contactus@revecyber.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.

We use reputable providers and access controls to protect the personal information we hold. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so we encourage you to share only what a form asks for.

Our programmes and website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision.
